Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of green process innovation on company performance through green competitive advantage at The Body Shop company. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach and associative research design with a total sample of 73 respondents. The research instrument used by the author is using a questionnaire. The data analysis used was path analysis, while for testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression methods with the help of IBM SPSS 22. The results showed that (1) Green process innovation.
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh green process innovation terhadap company performance melalui green competitive advantage pada perusahaan The Body Shop. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain penelitian asosiatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 73 responden. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis path (path analysis), sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode linier regresi berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS 22.
