Abstract
Research Aims: Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui literatur etika bisnis dan kebebasan berpendapat dalam bisnis pada generasi muda atau generasi-Z. Desain/Metodologi: pencarian dilakukan pada publikasi dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023 untuk literatur ilmiah, dengan memanfaatkan jurnal akses terbuka secara eksklusif. Ketika "etika, kebebasan berpendapat dan gen-Z, etika" diketik dalam pencarian referensi, muncul 491 jurnal. Selanjutnya setelah melalui tahap penyaringan dan diperoleh 340 jurnal, terdapat 36 jurnal yang dicari, dan 13 jurnal yang memenuhi syarat pencarian konten dan isu masuk ke tahap akhir laporan kinerja. Temuan Penelitian: etika bisnis dalam mengungkapkan gagasan, ide dan opini yang termasuk dalam kebebasan berpendapat di dalam bisnis berdampak pada keberlangsungan dan kemajuan bisnis yang dijalankan oleh gen-Z. Temuan dalam literatur memberikan informasi untuk menawarkan seperangkat pedoman etika dan prinsip etika bisnis yang dapat digunakan untuk mendorong kemajuan bisnis gen-Z. Sumber daya konseptual yang diberikan berdasarkan argumen yang diajukan penulis berguna untuk merangsang perdebatan lebih lanjut. Dalam penelitian akademis, kedua domain tersebut dapat dilihat sebagai struktur yang berbeda. Faktanya, etika bisnis gen-Z menekankan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip, aturan, nilai, dan norma.
